Idoceo is a very well put together and clever app that allows the user to input all data pertaining to their students learning. You organize this data into many classes and there are an unlimited amount of subject tabs and class tabs.
The app initially shows a sample group, which is helpful in order to get a snapshot of how it works and this can be easily referred to as you begin inputting your own students names and subject categories. There is also a help file called 'How to start', which gives a very nice run through of what you can do with the app. You can also visit their website. www.idoceo.net.

Teacher grade book
The above screen shot is taken from the Idoceo sample class. As you can see the students grades are organised in rows which appear to be infinite as well as the amount of students that can be inputted in each class. Each group can have as many tabs as required so each subject group can have it's own spreadsheet page.
Colors can be added to each column in order to make it more visually easy to differentiate between particular grades.
You can annotate each of the evaluation boxes with a wide range of available icons, numbers, letters and words. You can also easily add comments which show up at the bottom of the screen when you click on the box.
Students photos can be added. This has to be done individually and a variety of details about the student can be inputted such as; their email, parent's email, parents names, birth date, address and phone number.
I chose to simply add their photo. Each photo has to be put in one at a time but it was a fairly quick process. These photos are automatically available on a pin board, where you can move their photos around in order to help organize class seating.I have found this very helpful when creating sub. plans as the app allows any page to be saved as a pdf file in Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Evernote as well as a multitude of I pad apps. Thus allowing any page to be printed.
Inputting of grades is a very easy process and any number can be inputted and easily and converted into percentages. You can even input letter grades which it will also convert into percentages.
I used this app throughout term 2 and continue to use it in term 1.
I have 24 students, I created 24 different tabs for individual subjects as well as sub grouping some parts of math and language arts. I also used this app to keep track of the amount of weekly reading the children were doing. The app allows you to add each total automatically. A job that took me an hour is now reduced to 10 minutes. Yeah! Having invested a great deal of time and effort on this app. I can honestly say it is an invaluable means of keeping track of the students work, behavior, and attendance.

Student Photo pinboard
Bulletin board
The Idoceo app. includes a very nifty Bulletin board, which allows the user to attach a multitude of file types such as pdf's, notes, photos, video and audio recordings.
You can add any file from Dropbox, Google Drive and WiFi share.
WiFi share involves connecting to a web address (which is written on the app help screen when you choose this option) and then you can very easily place items from your laptop directly into the Idoceo app.
All media on the bulletin board can be resized, moved and rotated.

Schedule, Planner, Calendar and events
I have not really invested time exploring this part of the app. However, it seems easy to set up with a tutorial built into the app to help guide you through its uses. Interestingly, you can create any length of working week, for example you can program it to work out a six day fro the whole school year.
Final Thoughts.
I love this app. It is a great organisational tool. I can quickly access data, inform children of their grades and even secure this data using a built in password.
Initially, I was worried to rely solely on a machine for all my grades, however, Idoceo allows you to back up all your data on Dropbox, GoogleDrive, iCloud or WebDAV. (I would recommend Google Drive, it seems to back up more quickly.)
The designers are quick to respond to any problems. They are constantly updating and listening to suggestions from users (on their website forum) in order to continue to produce an app. that meets the needs of its users.
(Coming soon update 3.1)

Pros: A bright and cheerful way to encourage students in class in all areas of the curriculum.
Can be accessed on any computer and on any mobile device.
Cons: Remembering to use it.
You can add only one point to an individual, to many or to all each time. So if you wish to add 10 points to one child you have to press on the child's name and the reward button 10 times.
Class Dojo is a reward system that allows you to assign points to each student. The UI is easy to use and very easy to set up. It is bright and colorful and works well on all devices. The teacher or student can choose from a large variety of friendly monster avatars, removing the need to use their photos and making a more friendly environment. Certificates can be produced for good behavior and the rewards can be edited by the teacher in order to allow any form of behavior or academic goal to recorded through out any period of time. You can also add negative points for difficult behaviors.
FINAL THOUGHTS
It is a good app and FREE, however I often forget to add the points during class sessions and end up having to add them on mass at the end of class, which is laborious. However, this is more a fault with my own organisation rather that the app. So I would definitely recommend this app!
